Meet the Team
PMI Terminus specializes in community association and property management with an aim of bringing improved technology to the industry while maintaining a human touch approach. Being individually owned and operated, the owners of PMI Terminus wanted to bring improved service and support in the Metro Atlanta area. As long time Atlanta residents with a passion to see our city continue to grow, we are excited to build our legacy here at home. Atlanta, once known as Terminus (the end of the rail line, final destination), is a part of who we are at PMI Terminus…we are your last stop in the search for a partner.
Diego Bedon has more than 10 years experience in the service industry supporting and managing small to large teams nationally and internationally. Raised by his Peruvian parents, Diego was taught to have a strong work ethic and integrity and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. He has degrees from Sprayberry Highschool, a B.A., and M.S. from Kennesaw State University. He enjoys traveling, chatting finances, soccer, martial arts, swimming, hiking, animals, and spending time with friends and family. His latest professional role has been Director of Business Services Support for one of the leading HR firms in the world. Diego has always appreciated superb service in all industries and understands the challenges we face in today’s market. With a unique skill set and understanding of support, Diego ventured into the real estate and property management arena to bring exceptional service to the industry while building his legacy.
Sam has a background in Sales, Account Management, and Project Management. She is the oldest of three girls who grew up in the Metro Atlanta area. An avid reader, enjoys being outside with her husky/shepherd, and lover of all things sports. She is always ready to learn something new and help those in need.
Raul Bedon is a Civil Engineer who graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and had graduate studies in Seismic Engineering in Japan. Raul is fully bilingual in English/Spanish and has many years of experience as Business Unit Manager and Business Development Manager for worldwide specialty construction companies at the national and international level. During his 30 years living in the Atlanta area, Raul has developed a vast network of connections in many fields (i.e., legal, accounting, contracting, etc.) that will be valuable in his role assisting homeowners.
