Growing HOA & Community Association Management Across Metro Atlanta
In 2025, PMI Terminus welcomed 19 new homeowners and community associations, representing 1,768 units, into our management portfolio. We also expanded our long-term rental property management services by onboarding 13 new residential rental homes across Metro Atlanta.
This continued growth allows us to support more HOA boards and communities with professional, transparent management services designed to protect property values and improve resident experiences.

Technology & Communication Improvements for Homeowners and Boards
Clear communication remains a top priority for PMI Terminus. In 2025, we introduced Mina, our AI-powered homeowner portal chat assistant, to select communities. Available 24/7, Mina helps homeowners quickly access information, submit questions, and stay informed.
We also maintained an average email response time of under 8 business hours, reinforcing our commitment to responsive, local property management.
Staff Spotlight: Local Experts Supporting Your Community
Our success is driven by our people. This year end newsletter recognizes Meghan Bailey, a valued member of our Community Support Staff. Meghan supports homeowners and works closely with our Community Association Managers (CAMs) to coordinate vendors, manage work orders, and ensure smooth daily operations across Metro Atlanta communities.
